Found this lady online today who now lives in the USA and was from a place called Ayr down from me in the West of Scotland.
Her message touched me today with her message on coping with depression, where she has shared that the stigma of depression isn’t to be ashamed or to feel guilty of having.
I pray her message will help you, even if your a man or a young person, this message will give you a confidence to get through the dark days.
I have suffered from depression for a number of years and looking back I see I was from a very young child, so insecure in the big world. I am so glad I was saved at a young age and feel looking back at attempts of suicide and the dark side of using citalopram. It was God’s grace that protected me and glad He was by my side all the time.
